Quick Start Guide

Questing:

Turf Battles has a wide variety of quests. Quests can be used for making money, obtaining items, obtaining a certain amount of EXP, and also to help Strengthen your Honor Level. They can also be completed to unlock new map areas, along with even more quests and amazing new skills and abilities.

Repeatable Quests

Quest Tips

1. Although the level requirements are met, the quest will not be activated unless the corresponding NPC is clicked.

2. It is possible to perform multiple quests concurrently, although quests that use the same NPC may conflict until one is finished.

3. Open the Quest Window (T) if you want to see the info about the next quest while performing a quest.

4. Both Humans and Nephilim players can complete most quests unless otherwise marked.

Hunting & Fighting

Melee Skill

To attack, first make sure you have a skill assigned to blue and possibly red slots on the bottom left corner of the UI from your skill window.

Left click on a monster or other player to attack with physical type moves. Hold down the left mouse button until the target under the monster or player turns red to auto attack and you player will continue to attack the opponent until it or you die.

Magic Skill

To attack, first assign a skill to the green slot on the bottom left corner of the UI from your skill window.

Right click your opponent to attack, repeating as necessary. Blades and fists have no magic skill. To use buffs, right click yourself or another player if applicable.

Chatting

There are various Channels available for chatting in Turf Battles.

Press ENTER to begin typing in the chat window.

Talk Channel:

You can talk to people in the nearby vicinity

Shout Channel:

You can speak to people from a farther distance

WHISPER channel:

Engage players in private conversation by using the WHISPER channel and entering the name of the player exactly.

Custom Channels:

To assign a custom channel, open your character inventory window and right click the two magic shells and type in the desired channel. Any custom channel can be entered and anyone on that channel can talk to you and you to them. You can block someone's messages by right clicking their name in the chat window.

Forming a Party

To join a party, left click on a player while not in PvP mode. This will toggle a menu in the upper right corner of the screen allowing you to Invite others to your group or Join an existing group.

Players in a group must leave their group before joining another and you cannot invite players in other groups.
